Every year for the past 25 years, the Quebec Bar Foundation has asked specially chosen individuals to join the ranks of its Governors. These individuals have been practicing for several years and have a solid reputation in the legal community. They make a valuable contribution to the Foundation by adding to the credibility the Foundation needs to raise awareness and share its goals.

After three terms of three years each, Governors of the Foundation who renew for a 4th term become Governor Emeritus, and by renewing their commitment for a fifth and final term, they become Governor for Life.

The Foundation believes it is important to allow promising members of the legal community with less than ten years of practice to become Governors. Since the 2017 campaign, such individuals have been able to become Governor of the Future. Like all the other Governors, their prominence will be an asset for the Foundation.

The Foundation thanks all its Governors for the trust they have placed in it, thereby contributing to the advancement of the law and the progress of society.

As a registered charity, all contributions are tax-deductible.
